Book a JIO Fiber on 8th of July and paid rupees 1000 for the booking. The appointment was of the same day but it didn’t happen. I thought it would be some normal delay but the next day I get a message that the order is on hold and you need to reschedule it. They give a link to reschedule but surprisingly there is no way to reschedule the appointment in that link. I’ve also tried to reschedule the appointment through the MyJIO app but there is absolutely no way to do so. It just shows the status of the order and that’s it. The customer care number (18008969999) they provide is an automated response which is just for the booking of jio fiber and there is no way to talk to an actual person. The number can fetch a real person/technician only if you already have a jio fiber connection which i obviously don’t. I tried the other number (199) and it’s the same story, no actual response. Now I want to cancel the order and initiate a refund because I’ve read many consumer complaints about the same on YouTube, Twitter, reddit and some other apps. I saw people who haven’t got a refund since months and the consumer support just keeps giving you delays. I am ready to provide screenshots of everything if I get a response.
