We requested to shift Airtel broadband connection on 9th of December the process was initiated and wiring was done on 11th December and the persons were said that they will come in an hour to bring router and left later they haven’t responded to calls.from the next day onwards continuously calling to the customer care and talking hours together.They are every time giving the false assurances that the work will be done by the end of the day which is not happening.we have lost our time, entertainment,money(as my wife works from home)and the charges paid for the subscriptions and mental peace as well by daily calling to the customer care.it is really a mental harassment for us.if the customer doesn’t pay the bill ontime Airtel will charge penalty in the same way Airtel is going to pay the customer for not providing proper service??
