I launched a Complain on 29/03/2023(Ref no – 23032911604) in Voltas company for my AC. Engg Nayan (7872515077) came & checked then told a parts may needed. He order the parts & till now (10/04/2023) not received any kind of contact. I contact repeatedly but no positive response. They told me need time & harries me.
