I bought mivi collar flash with 1 year warranty but its left side were not worki properly .So i complaint against it for repair within warranty period.First they take 25 days to pickup my product after 5 mails and they told me that they will repair it as soon as possible but after every 10 days ,they again asking for 10 days and now 1 month is crossed but they are sending only mail not product .I don’t know what are they doing from 1 month with my product and it is frustrating for me .It is like mental harassment for me .
