I bought a mobile phone from flipkart. Both the time i got used mobile phone & second time i got DIFFERENT COLOUR MOBILE PHONE, USED MOBILE PHONE, SCRATCHES ON THE CHARGER & BACK SOFT CASE IS NOT RECEIVED ( MISSING ITEM ). I request to the FLIPKART to REFUND MY MONEY but they are delaying. In the flipkart app showing return approval conformed on 14th december 2018 & Today is 14 dec 2018 But there is no change.
