Text of Complaint by Prasanth:

Booked Zoom car to travel on 24th Dec 2020 (Booking ID- JPS6NFN3K) and 5th Jan 2021 (Booking ID- JPS6NFN1L), but both bookings got cancelled by zoon car executive due to vehicle unavailability and refund was initiated accordingly. However, as of today didn’t received refund for either of these booking even though cancelled date already passed 30 days for one of the booking. Requesting to look in to the issue and help me to close this.

Was raised the concern a coupleĀ of times under my booking with write up to support team, but didn’t receive any response or refund also not happened.
