my Astropay user I’d is o8vPG2AlFR. my mobile number associated with Astropay account is 9545310220.
i had raised a request for refund to Astropay on 22nd September. And there have been to and fro of mail chains since then. they have the worst customer service ever.
1.they do not enlist what information is missing from the customer in one go, the moment customer thinks that everything is submitted they come back with another document, account number, grandfather’s number, milkyway address requests.
2. they even asked for unmasked aadhar I’d. both front and back. and they did not even had my address with them in the first place. what did they need my address for, from the back of aadhar card.
3. they are not clear about their requirements. at one point they simply asked to fill”document number” . now what is the “document” that they are referring to, they do not even bother to clarify when requesting for the details. you have to again mail them to ask what is document number. and even then you never get a straightforward answer.
i had a horrible, terrible most irritating customer service ever with Astropay. and even after all of this, they haven’t refunded back the amount.
