- I have applied for MNP from Airtel to Jio Postpaid. Person from Jio came for verification on 15th October 2020 and after verification he requested to deposit security amount of 599/-. I paid the amount but request for portability was rejected from Jio. After half an hour, same person came over and once again he uploaded the details. He told me to again make the payment of Rs. 599/- and told me that within 15 days earlier paid amount will be refunded. I again make the payment and request for portability was rejected once again. They told me that within 15 days amount will be refunded but it’s more than 4 and half month and I am still waiting for refund.
