I places order no. GMDGD727675 on 20th Jan 2023. The delivery date shown on the order was of 15th Feb which is almost a month after. Then I tried to connect you cutomer care number which remain busy most of the time and luckily I connected to your executive. He inform me the product is out of stock so the delivery date is after a month. Then I asked then to cancelled the order on 20th Jan. He said my amount will be refunded to Source account but today is 28th Jan still I haven’t received the refund. I tried to recahout to you custome care number but I always remain busy.
I got email id of gomechanic from internet and dropped email but Still no response.
Could you please refund it as soon as possible.
