AIR TICKET BOOKNG MADE ON 16TH AUG 2021 CANCELLED DUE TO THEIR OWN SYSTEM ERROR. THE REFUND IS Rs.6904/- IS NOT MADE EVEN AFTER 50DAYS after sending 10 reminers and calling them more than 10 times. They do give a pre-prepaired answer that it will be done within another 5 to 7 working days. No Managers or Supervisors to look into specific cases like this.
