I had booked tickets worth Rs. 15795 through Make my trip. And due to Covid, the tickets were cancelled. Even after repeating requests, all I received is only Rs.3636 The remaining money hasn’t been transferred yet. In their web page, it is shown as if they are waiting for airlines approval. So I called Go Air and they informed me that they had approved the request and transferred money to make my trip in August 2020 itself.
Make My Trip is keeping the refund money to themselves and is delaying the entire process
