I had booked 3 tickets from flipkart on Nov 2020 for 9 Feb 2021, which was cancelled due to operational reasons, I opted for full refund from Air Asia for 2 tickets and 1 had rescheduled and airlines had initiated my full refund cancellation process and asked me to reach Flipkart for refund process.
I has initiated my refund request on 3rd Dec 2020 with Flipkart, where in they asked me to wait for 7 working days, after which they asked me to wait for 15 days, and the time getting increased as days passed. I am not sure what process they are following as they are not stick to one reason to me, some executive says ” Madam its due to Technical issues” Some says its “Manual delay from our team”, I have been calling support executives for 6time and each time they have some excuse or the other. I have disheartened to see such irresponsibility and inefficiency in addressing the issue. I have also written several mails to flipkart support which has been un answered yet. I am finding it is waste of time to call the support team and mail to flipkart as they are not bothered for valuing customer or retaining the customer.
