I had cancelled an 80cm realme smart Android led tv on 7th May, but I have not recived the refund, after contacting several times also, the costumer care only generate issue and gives 3 to 4 days to wait, but nothing has progressed niether any thing showing that will show the refund process. The refund amount is Rs 12,249
