I bought Airtel broadband connection in September 2021 with advance payment for 1 year but i had to deactivate my connection on 16th April, 2022 and my pending amount of Rs. 4743.58/- was promised to be refunded within 45 days of deactivation. And on 16th May, 2022, i received email from Airtel that the refund has been initiated and it would reflect in my account within 15 days (that is by 31st May, 2022). And now it’s been 5 more days and Airtel customer support keeps making excuses for not refunding my money. Every single day, they keep asking me to wait for 24 hours. It’s so frustrating. It seems like they don’t want to refund my money at all. Please help me get my refund back.
