I had ordered Western Digital Hardisk from Amazon on 6th of November, which was supposed to be delivered by 20th November. On 19th i received a message reading ‘your product has returned to the seller’. I contacted amazon customer care & they said the product might have been damaged in transit & that the order stands cancelled & the payment already made would be refunded. It has been more than 20 days since then & i havnt received my money back. I have called them multiple times but to no avail. It is very unfortunate on their part that they are fraudulently keeping customers valuable money to earn bucks.
