Hi,
I’ve been booked a ticket for a movie in PVR Ashoka malla Hyd on 14th of November at 9am but when we entered the mall the staff said that the movie was delayed for 20 mins but they repeated the same for nearly 2 hours. After that the manager said movie was cancelled because of distribution issues but they said that it’s because of technical error and this type of incident was 2nd time in this mall. Within 1 hour I raised a complaint about this through mail and twitter even their response was very late to me in the both it’s been nearly 14 days still they didn’t processed my refund please help me on this.
