I am not receiving Tatasky signal since 03rd May’2019. But inspite of repeatedly complaining on helpline no, i am not getting any resolution to my complaint. No technician visited yet inspite of daily assurances from Tatsky representatives. First complaint was lodged on 7th May’2019 and i was assured that technician will visit on 8th. On 9th May, i received a call from technician and he assured me that he will come in an hour but till now no technician visited and my signal is also not restored.I am calling twice daily on helpline nos but no solution provided yet , only assurance.
