Submitted my xiaomi 11 lite mobile phone xiaomi service centre (AMC services, prarthna height 1st floor ratu road) on 07/04/2022 13:08:23 My phone is under warranty (3 month only) and suddenly fingerprint button stop working that’s the reason and today its 25/04/2022 Still i didn’t got my phone. when ever i called there is always shortage of parts due to that i launched complained reference number is WOIN0419000343 and still there is no any progress or information, Due to company negligence there is sudden problem in my phone fingerprint scanner stop working within 3 month. After registered complaint the concerned team provide dated is 30th april to resolve my problem but till now there is no any update and progress.
