Dear Sir/Madam,

Reg: Jio Fiber Internet Usage

Raised service request SR000012465O – Cancellation of service on 31st Aug 2020. No Engineer visited until the resolution time(7 days) they mentioned. So raised another service request SR0000126RSK – Delay in Cancellation which is open and I have to wait another 7 days. Total 14 days.

Meanwhile, one of their representatives told me that there is a change in plans and I can go for a 30-day free trial. I retained the cancellation SR00001270FP. The suspended connection was restored and active.

When I called CC after restoration, I am told that the free trial is only for new customers. I tried recharging the NEW 399 plan through Amazon UPI and was successful with a transaction ID which was provided by Jio but there is no internet service. I called CC several times and I am told that there was a technical error and asked to try again.

I recharged again through Phonepe this time. Again I got a transaction ID and was successful but no internet usage. Called CC and this time a service request was raised SR0000127LAB – Benefit Not Credited.

Now, they are unable to resolve the issue and closed the SR0000127LAB – Benefit Not Credited.

My two time recharged amount credited at Jio and not refunded. I have no internet usage.
