I purchased a device which is Poco X3 Pro for 18,999 from Flipkart on 27th August 2021. It recently started having an auto-restart issue for which I had visited the service centre, according to them, the device can’t be repaired due to the unavailability of parts and the only option would be is a replacement, that’s when they pointed out that the IMEI no. provided in the invoice is different from what’s shown in the device and asked me to contact Flipkart to get a rectified invoice. I registered a complaint regarding the issue with Flipkart on 30th March 2022, and also provided them with all the necessary details they asked for. On April 4th, their backend team contacted me assuring that the invoice was ready and will be delivered to the registered Email by April 6th, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive them. From that time onwards all I’ve been told is to wait for 24 – 48 business hours repeatedly and today is April 12th and I’m still yet to receive it.
