I ordered Samsung Galaxy M04 vide order Id # 171-8916637-6214728 on 04 May 2023. I was prepaid the whole amount for the product. Earlier estimated delivery was showing 7 may 23 to 10 May 23. But the product was not even shipped during hole time frame. I had called customer care and chatted with customer care representative twice but they assured me that the product will definitely be delivered on or before 10 May 23. However, on 10 May I was informed that the product will deliver late and new arrival date showing 15 May to 18 may 23. But till now the product has not shipped yet. Kindly look into this matter seriously as I am worried regarding my order.
