I booked a tour from travolook website, after 2 mins I received a call and an email regarding cancellation of booking due to operational error. After repeated follow ups they informed that refund processing takes 15 days. Its been more than 15 days and I still have not received refund. They repeatedly say that they will refund but all in vain. Its a fraud company
