Hello Team, I had booked bus ticket on 03rd Dec 2018 and the same has been cancelled by bus operator directly.Post cancellation I didn’t receive any confirmation or acknowledgement regarding the same. From the past 45 days imI doing continue follow up with paytm and bus operator regarding refund. But there is no response please look into this and do the needful on priority basis. I had call recordings between me, bus operator and paytm team should I need to publish the same in social media if there is no response from your side.
