sir, i was trying to book my flight using travolook on 22 feb 2022, but while booking money was deducted and pnr was not generated, so i called customer service of travolook and they told me its cancelled due to operational reason. I asked for refund they told me it will take a week to process your refund to account. I waited for one week then i called them back but this time they told me, in next two days you will get your money back. But after two days no refund was processed by them. So, i started calling them everyday, and you know you will surprise with there answers and explanations
one day agent said today you will get your refund
2nd day other agent said we will need one more week.
3rd day the agent said there is problem payment gateway… And so on.
Now its almost one month but i dont know where is my money. They are not giving any refrence of refund processing through banks like uti no.. Etc.
They are lying to their customers.
