I booked the flat in 2013 at SS Infinitus Indore with a condition that the possession will be given by 2016. but its now 2021 and possession still not given, when i am asking the project delay compensation as per allotment terms then builder is refusing and not at all responding to my email/phone
kindly help in this matter
