I opted for number portability from bsnl to Airtel postpaid and also requested for a family pack with an already existing Airtel postpaid number in my family.
One guy from Airtel came and he did all the necessary documentation and delivered the sims on Saturday 20 June.
It’s been more than 2 weeks and there is no updating from Airtel or the representative regarding the port. Only one sim which was already airtel sim is ported till now from Mumbai to UP EAST and after the port the Internet services have become worse. I am not able to access the Internet properly the speed is pathetic and fluctuating. The representative came one week late and after the delivery also there is a delay which is only increasing my bill. I have to pay for the extra days before the pack gets activated . I called airtel customer care 3 days in a row and they are saying today at 10pm. Today they told me 30th June. And I
have contacted the representative like 100 times and no one is replying back.
