I would like to bring to your kind attention the issue I am facing with my Flipkart order OD335415941265510100 – MICROSOFT Project Professional 2021 Lifetime License (32/64 Bit).
The order was supposed to be delivered on the promised date, but it has now been delayed by 3 days. Despite repeated follow-ups with Flipkart customer support, I have not received any proper communication or meaningful status update. The responses provided so far have been generic and have not addressed my concern.
This delay has caused me inconvenience, and the lack of accountability and clarity from Flipkart has left me with no option but to seek redressal through the Consumer Forum.
I request your kind intervention in this matter so that Flipkart may be directed to:
Provide a clear update on the status of my order, or deliver the product immediately.
Ensure that such lapses in communication and delivery timelines are not repeated.
Consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I am attaching relevant details of the order and communication for your reference.
