I requested an order on 23rd Nov form Flipkart (OD123436774454628000) which is a medical product.
The initial promised date was 27th Nov, it was not delivered on that date.
Then a second promised date was provided to me as 1st Dec and it was not delivered on that day either and a wrong product was delivered to me on 2nd Dec finally.
Then I raised a replacement (not refund ) request on that day (2nd Dec) which took multiple calls to helpdesk and 3 days to get approved.
Finally for replacement product, delivery date was promised as 12th Dec and it was again not delivered on that date and second promised date was provided as 15th Dec after calling multiple time to their helpdesk.
Again on 15th Dec the product was not delivered.

Eventually after waiting for 25 days for a medical product I requested for a refund of the product so that I can order it from somewhere else but they are not doing it either and left me for more suffering.

During this time I called many times to flipkart helpdesk team and all they gave me is stories and requested for more time to wait, no one keep me posted of progress while my product is still in “Shipped from Surat” state since 7th Dec.

I don’t want to end up in a situation where my replacement request is canceled without refund so please keep that in mind.
