I am one of your happy customer but now I am not satisfied with your
services.
I have Placed an Order #[[#]]# OD220166821960470000 ON DATED 8 Nov,2020 . but
they have not delivered yet and it got cancelled itself as per my
information . after I got a call from flipkart and they have informed me
that your product is damaged that why it got canceled itself . So place a
fresh order and whatever amount difference between this will be paid by
flipcart so I have placed another order which order number is
OD220321493348969000 and today is the delivery date and delivery guy asking
for difference money . and he says difference amount would be given to
you after 48 hours in your wallet as a gift card .
But I do not want a gift card , I want you to provide me the product as the
amount on which we placed an order in the last amount .
on 1st of December I received order OD220321493348969000 and I got e-mail from Flipkart Grievance that different amount would be paid to me in bank amount and difference amount is 4000 but till now I have not received any money in my account and I have made several of call to customer care about it and no solution till today and it been about 18 days.
Kindly solve this problem by today
