I have ordered a magnetic cable charger on 24th of may . My delivery On 26th of may I have received a call from a delivery person that my order is reached after that I told that delivery person wait for 5 min I will be there in after ending that call that same delivery person called me again within 1 min in that call that delivery person is not replying after calling me he is not responding me from 5 to 6 min I have waited for him to reply me but he is not replying me that I ended the call after ending the call I opened my Amazon app to see my order in my order list it’s showing that the costumer is not receiving the call that’s why we cancelled the order after that I complaint in Amazon coustomer care they told me that “sir you will receive your order within 1 pm ” but then also I have not received my order then again I have raised a complain and that coustomer care person connected my call to the senior department that senior department person ()told me that “sir you will receive your order within 10 pm” but than also I have not received my order till now .Now what should I do I have to go to my office but I’m not able to go because my order is going to come. I’m facing this issue since 3 days is this your service. This is how you gave your service to you prime coustomer.
