Respected sir/madam,
I have applied for new connection no 1305854270 of tata sky with H D box on march 28 and I have told that the technician will visit to set up the connection till april 2, but my connection was not set up till april 2, again I contacted to customer care helpline on April 3 I have than told that your problem will be solved within 2 hours and our technician will call you but till today neither I received ny call from technician nor connection is settled so you are request to solve the issue.
