Text of Complaint by Mohammad Hakeem:

Hi Team,

On 2nd of January, an Airtel employee approach me with new broadband plan where he explained me the plan and I paid Rs 2814. He confirmed within 24 hours I will get the connection.  Its being 18 days now and I got the call from Airtel team mentioning that new connection is not possible. I am continuously sending emails to them to 2 level of escalations . In all the reply they mentioned your query will be resolved soon.

I request you the immediate intervention to get the new connection.
