applied for jio fiber connection and one agent came and did all the formalities and i paid 1500 rs via my debit card. Its been almost a week 2 engineers came and without properly informing me anything asked me to wait for few more days. Today one engineer came and asked money for wire. This is so unprofessional behavior. I contacted customer service representative who didn’t give me satisfactory answer. This is ridiculous and irresponsible behaviour.
