I applied for new jio fiber connection on 24 April 2021, Saturday and got an appointment for 26 April 2021 Monday. Team came for installation on 29 April but they said some technical issues are there. Our senior team will come tomorrow But no installation was done yet . I need to call each and every time to get updates to person who gave us appointment. Each and every day team is saying that we will update today but nothing happens. We are waiting whole day.

I paid for the JioFiber connection On November 19th. They are yet to install the box and internet connection till date (as of writing, Dev 8th 12″30 AM). Despite complaining to the JioFiber Customer Support Team, and escalating to their Tamilnadu Appelate Authority, multiple times, they have been conveniently re-scheduling 6 times, and they keep missing the installation. I paid for the JioFiber connection On july 5th 2022. They are yet to install the box and internet connection till date (as of writing date 18th 17:36 PM). Despite complaining to the JioFiber Customer Support Team, and escalating to their jio support and Appelate Authority, multiple times, they have been continuously re-scheduling multiple times till date, and they are not even bother to confirm isntallation date yet even after 14 day, and having same reply since last 10 days like free port is not avaialable, hence keep rescheduling visite but no one visiting and doing the installation.
Even some jaipur head vivek from jio,also neither responding on call and messages.
