I applied for new jio fiber connection and got an appointment for 21 Oct 2020 on 5pm. But no installation was done and I didn’t get any information regarding delay in instalation. Now that I contacted their customer service representative they told me that your appointment is fixed to 24 October 2020 which is so unprofessional of Jio that doesn’t even thought of giving me information about delay. This is ridiculous and irresponsible behaviour.
