I have applied for my jio fiber connection on 10th of September, 2021 and i have paid the installation charges Rs1500 .they given the same installation date But it is not completed yet .
No one is supporting from their side.
They are not answering the phone calls. and not behaving properly .
I tried calling Jio support but they are saying that you’ll have to call at Jio Fiber Support number. On calling that, no customer support executive assignment feature was there.
I am still waiting it to be completed. or i need my refund.
