I have booked the registration for Jio fiber connection on 02/12/21 and done the payment of Rs. 2500 with the assurance of installation within 4 hours. But Jio Fiber executives have made mistake of mismatched house ID and delayed the installation. And when i tried to reach that jio person he started to avoid taking calls. After two days he responded but no services given till 4th of December 2021. This is so irresponsible and neglected behaviour of this company Jio Fiber (internet service) towards the customer. We have just shifted to our new house and in this covid time all the classes are going online so i badly need internet connection but they have delayed their promise one day to another day. I want you to take some suitable steps so that i can compensate with my impatient time.

Do you think this is bad? I paid for Jio fiber more than two weeks ago. Still, installation hasn’t happened.
