I’ve applied for jio fiber connection at 3rd of September, 2021 and paid the installation charges. I’ve been given the installation date as 6th of September, 2021. But it is not completed yet. No one is supporting from their side. They are not even answering the phone calls. I tried calling Jio support but they are saying that you’ll have to call at Jio Fiber Support number. On calling that, no customer support executive assignment feature was there. As of writing this, I am still waiting it to be completed.
