Text of Complaint by KULSUM:

paid ₹1,200 on 9 February for relocation of my Jio AirFiber connection, and the transaction was completed successfully. On 11 February, a request was raised for uninstallation and device pickup from the previous location. However, till now no engineer has visited my location.
I have contacted Jio customer support multiple times, and every time I was informed that an engineer would visit within an hour, but no one has visited yet. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
The relocation payment has already been completed, but I have not received any proper support from the Jio team. This delay is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. I request immediate action and assignment of an engineer to complete the device pickup and relocation process as soon as possible.
