I have recently relocated to a new place where JioFiber is not available, and therefore i opted for Jio AirFiber. I paid on 12th September 2025 towards the connection. However, even after repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited my home for installation.
I have contacted Jio customer care several times, but each time the installation appointment is only postponed without any resolution
