Sir i am using a post paid number 9860799571 for a long time.
Recently my SIM bearing number 8991000904321292281U stopped working all of a sudden and it stopped accessing network. Then i tried to get a new SIM when I was told that the SIM is damaged due to long use. I tried in almost 3 Airtel galleries for a new SIM, but due to shortage I was not able to get the same. Then your representative suggested that you take a blank SIM from a street vendor, accordingly i purchased SIM bearing number 8991000910100915638U with double price (Rs. 100/-) and installed from the gallery. I was told that it will get activated in next 4 hrs. But, it did not get activated and my whole day was wasted. Next day i went to the same gallery where they told me that the new SIM was very old one and that series is closed. That day was also wasted due to non availability of SIM in galleries. The next day i again paid Rs. 50/- for a new SIM and it got activated in 4 hrs and messages got activated in 24 hrs. Means for my mobile started functioning after 3 days, that to spending 150/- rupees instead of Rs. 50/- and also facing all the above troubles and waste of time.
I request you to refund my Rs. 100/- in next billing cycle, which will keep our relations healthy and long lasting.
