Dear Concern;

[AIRTEL XTREAM’s EXTREME SERVICE]

Today I’m compelled to mail with a hope to get my issue resolved. As I’ve been complaining through normal routine channels but it was all in vain as nobody gave a heed to my requests.

I booked your airtel xtream but not having good experience due to your unprofessional approach by concern staff at Leh.

Having paid an amount of Rs.2829/ on 25/062021 for airtel xtream connection surprisingly it’s not installed yet. I was suppose to get a call from the team of installation party but didn’t receive any call until now.

Each time I call this individual named MR. Anil holding No: 9469340053 I get an answer we are on the way to resolve your issue. Imagine how many days it has consumed but yet to get my connection activated.

Today when I called this time he wasn’t answering, its very annoying and having very bad experience with airtel LEH. I had asked for refund but that’s not happening either.

So I request you too let me know how get my refund OR get it installed with immediately.
