Text of Complaint by Shailesh Kumar Rawat:

Dear Airtel Team,

Please note self had paid for airtel xtreme broadband connection on 14th Aug and until today 2 Sep ,connection has not been installed. Upon inquiry with Installation incharge Mr Tejasvi Sood,he was very arrogant and misbehaved with self.

6months subsricption amount of Rs 5234 was paid through airtel sales person Mr Arjun Pandey.

Case is of dehradun.

Request your advice on action which could be taken against culprits in this particular incidence.
