I had booked two tickets for goa from kolkata and vice versa in the month of November 2019.as the travel date was in the month of April 2020 due to covid, indigo has cancelled those tickets and refunded the full amount to flipkart(as the tickets were booked through this). The refund message was sent by indigo on 13th October 2020 but after numerous calls to the flipkart agent we were able to get refund of one travel tickets but after one month also we are not able to get the refund of other tickets. Enquiring about this they do not have any reasons for this delay and is not willing to help me out in this matter.
