Text of Complaint by Mr JAYESH SHAH:

i disconnected jiofiber connection on  28/8/2020, but they have not collected so far the router evenafter lots of mail & followup with the customercare, consequently my refund of rs 2500 is getting delayed.

every time they give new date for collection, but never fulfilled.
