I made excess payment of Rs 95579.59 on 23/12/18.
Immediately I made complaint to Airtel & reversal Request was submitted.
Airtel kept telling that payment reversal made & same be credited to my account.
Despite regular reminder,said payment not credited to my account for 2 Months.
Finally,I got payment after almost 70 days on 06/03/19.
No specific reason given by Airtelfor delay & same lead to my severe mental Agony & also loss of interest for such delay.
Airtel denying for giving specific reason for delay .
I want to seek compensation from Airtel for such casual approach.
