I was your customer till Feb 2020. My landline number was on hold and inwas making timely payment. Then thru call center i was asked to change my plan to fiber line. In March 2020, your engg visited me and said that they will change my copper line to fiber line and change my modum. By month end no one visited. I got call from call center that this will be done within a day or two. I stopped all facility and asked for cancellation. Also i went thru your app but it does not have cancellation facility. I was shocked to receive your invoice of Rs 2000 in april 2020. I wrote in mail and raised a complaint but no action was taken. Again i received a invoice in may 2020. I wrote for disconnection but no action was taken. In june i received a mail saying my application is accepted. I received a revised bill in june 2020 for overdue.
Due to no fault of mine, with no fiber and modum installtion, why should i pay for inefficiency at your part.
