Text of Complaint by ABHIJIT SINGH:

I had a JIO Fiber (connection ID: 299750377136) connection (in Begur, Bangalore) since 2021, however due to multiple issues I had to disconnect even when I had 20 days of amount prepaid and non utilised. The disconnection happened on 4th Feb 2022, and since then even after multiple requests, the device hasn’t been picked up. And it seems the deposit can be refunded only after device pickup. The company is sharing new timelines every day and seems disinterested in picking up the device and give the refund. I will be leaving Bangalore by 28th Feb and because of this fraudulent company, I am losing my time, money and patience. Kindly help in exposing such fraudulent practices of this company and getting my refund.
