Respected sir/madam
I have ordered the product on amazon on 29/12/2020 and it is scheduled to be deliver the product on 4th January 2021.The product is going to be deliver by “ delhivery” courier services. On 3rd January 2021 the product has come to my nearest hub to my location. But in the scheduled date of delivery the courier partner email and messeged me that product is postponed for delivery on customer’s request. This happened 3 times i.e on 4th,5th,6th the courier partner themselves postponed the product by stating reason that the product delivery is postponed on customer’s request. On complaing the amazon customer care they told me that product will be delivery shortly but till date i.e on 7/01/2021, I haven’t got my product delivery.
