Text of Complaint by Abhisek Kundu:

This is to draw attention of whoever is reading the post regarding the hopeless service of a renowned courier brand DTDC.I had sent a consignment trough DTDC consisiting all my documents required for my admission in Himalayan Mountaineering Institue,Darjeeling on 02/07/2020 and the AWB number for my consignment is B72467309.It has almost been a month and the consignment is yet to reach its destination and the status of the same is updated as FDM which in logistic terms refers to “Out for delivery” since 15/07/2020.Now let me talk about my experience of the pathetic customer service offered by DTDC.It literally takes around 10 minutes on the IVR and I have to wait for the same duration just to get connected to an executive if at all I am fortunate enough to get a chance to talk to them because there are instances where in I have spent 10 minutes of time on the IVR just to listen to the a voice in the IVR that all the executives are busy at that moment and they would get back to me as my call is so called important to them.To my utter disappointment they never got back to me.I have also raised service request which more or less is useless in terms of resolving my long pending delivery.Due to this careless and pathetic service I have missed my admission in the aforesaid institution for the month of April.I doubt if I will even make it to the other session in September.I am really hopeless and disgusted with this sort of a service and I don’t have an adjective to describe the same.
